Raymond Trussoni, 41, formerly of Genoa, died Friday, January 1, 2016. Raymond John (Ray) Trussoni, age 41, of Genoa, WI went home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2016. Ray grew up a happy go lucky child who always made others smile. He had a heart of gold and had a gift of making everyone feel special. He attended De Soto High School and served in the Army and National Guard. After College he worked as a clinical massage therapist in Hudson. He especially loved nature, physical fitness, and had a strong faith. He enjoyed being the first one to see a new movie at the theater. Ray often travelled home to the Genoa area to visit family and friends. Raymond is survived by his parents, Jerry and Judy Trussoni, of rural Genoa; brothers: Steve (Aline) of Waunakee, Jeff (Tina) of De Soto, Mike (Sharon) of Genoa, and Patrick of Genoa; sisters: Wanda (Dwight) Dach of Viroqua, and Kristi (Jerod) Skau of Des Moines, IA; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Gail Goralski, of La Crosse. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Lawrence and Laurena Trussoni, and Hershel and Florence Joseph; brother, Troy Trussoni; and nephew, Tyler Trussoni. Blessed be his memory. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the St. Charles Catholic Church in Genoa, WI. Fr. William Dhein will officiate with burial to follow in the St. Charles Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. till the time of service at 11.
