Stanley "Stan" Sobczak

Stanley Joseph Sobczak, age 80, of Westby, passed away on March 1, 2025, at Agrace Hospice in Madison. He was born on July 22, 1944, to the late John and Margaret (Sands) Sobczak in La Crosse.

Stan was an excellent baker and enjoyed many hours fishing down at Petty Bone Park in La Crosse.

Stan is survived by his life partner of over 40 years, Glenda Gearing; his daughters, LeAnne (Steve) Shell and Amanda (John Carlson) Sobczak; five grandchildren; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and one sister.

At this time, no services are scheduled for Stan.
