GAYS MILLS / PETERSBURG / HANEY Tyler David Jackson, age 26, of Madison, died Monday, November 20, 2017, in Readstown, WI. Tyler was born on September 14, 1991 to Morris and Sandra (OKane) Jackson at Meriter Hospital in Madison. He joined older sisters April & Heather to complete their family. Growing up in the Gays Mills area, Tyler had many friends surround him. He was always up for an adventure or to have fun, his kindness & quick sense of humor drew many to him throughout his life. Tyler graduated from North Crawford High School in 2010. Following graduation, he moved to the Madison area. While in Madison, Tyler became employed at OReilly Auto Parts in Cottage Grove and recently became manager. In his spare time you could find him spending time relaxing with his family & friends, or enjoying the outdoors hunting & fishing. Tyler was an incredibly loyal friend standing by those he cared about whenever they needed him no matter what the situation. He was a loyal, humble, hardworking, smart, opinionated, loving & kind soul. He was also witty and sharp with a sense of humor that couldnt be matched. Tyler will be sorely missed by all who he has crossed path in this life. Tyler is survived by his parents Morris & Sandra (OKane) Jackson (Gays Mills), two sisters Demba & April (Jackson) Bah (Madison), Heather Jackson & Vestee Nelson (Madison), two extended brothers Pat Schendel (Readstown), Mark Snyder & Taneika Kwiatkowski (Janesville), one niece Sira Bah, one nephew BaSamba Bah, two extended nephews Lucas Snyder, Nathan Snyder, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong family & friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Ralph & Mavis (Boak) Jackson, Gerald Brennum, Kenneth & Kathryn (Kelly) OKane, Two extended brother Cody George & Nick Toberman, Uncle David Jackson, Great Uncle Nut-Nut (Richard) & Great Aunt Moya (Mashall Narveson) Jackson & many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. Three days after Tyler died our family friends son died also and they were like brothers. Funeral services for Tyler will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills at 11:00 A.M. Reverend Alan McCormick will officiate. Friends may call during a visitation on Friday, December 1, 2017 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one-hour before the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials are preferred.
