Dr. Wayne A. Cook, DDS, age 86 of Viroqua, died Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Viroqua. Burial will follow in the Viroqua Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home, 123 W. Decker St (Hwy 56) in Viroqua.
