Aaron Walter Jac Volden, age 40, passed away on May 28, 2023. Born on October 4, 1982, in Port Angeles, Washington, Aaron was a spirited, interesting, and friendly individual who touched the lives of many.
Aaron was a proud graduate of Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor, Washington, where he was a member of the class of 2001. Following his graduation, Aaron pursued a career in tree service, where he worked diligently and made lasting connections with his colleagues and clients.
In his spare time, Aaron was passionate about showing Australian Shepherds and fishing. These hobbies provided him with countless hours of enjoyment and allowed him to form deep connections with fellow enthusiasts. Aaron's friendly nature and willingness to share his knowledge and experiences made him a beloved figure in these communities.
Aaron is survived by his children, Corey and Olivia Volden; his mother, Vickie Volden; his sister, Krista (Michael) Woodring; his niece, Robin (Michael) Pulkrabek; great-niece, Eisley Pulkrabek; his aunts, Kathi Volden, Judy (Jon) Koula, Bernadette Johnson, Cheryl (Morris) Proctor, Marla (Tom) Jones, Angie (Robin) Betz; Rena (Dale) Schones, Sue (Craig) Mellem, and Debbie (Neal) Rybarczyk; his grandmother, Gail Stender; uncle, Billy Stender; his sister, Chelsea Stender; special friend, Jackie “Jac” McClure; and numerous other relatives and friends. Aaron's warm and welcoming presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Aaron was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Otis and Opal Volden; his paternal grandfather, Walter Stender; his cousin, Daniel Koula; and his uncle, Eugene "Eug" Johnson. The memories and love shared with these family members will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew them.
Throughout his life, Aaron's spirited personality and genuine interest in others made him a cherished friend and family member. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life and his unwavering kindness will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
As we mourn the loss of Aaron, we also celebrate the life he lived and the positive impact he had on so many. His legacy of love, friendship, and passion for his interests will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. Aaron Walter Jac Volden will be forever remembered and dearly missed.

A Celebration of Aaron’s Life will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at Middle Coon Valley Lutheran Church. Pastor Meg Hoversten will officiate. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.vossfh.com.
