Annastasia Bentley, 88, died Friday, December 26, 2014. Annastasia was born in Enterprise, Wi. on December 25, 1926 to Henry & Barbara Seidl (Rank). In 1944 she married Ervin Bentley. They had then moved to the Chicago area in the early 1950s and together they raised 5 children. They were married 63 years. Annastasia worked at various occupations and enjoyed most being a homemaker. After Ervin retired they moved to the old Military Ridge School House near Patch Grove, Wi. which she always considered "HOME." Annastasia was an independent, strong, woman. She loved gardening, sewing, reading, playing cards & games and especially loved spending time with family. Annastasia is survived by her children: James (Guelda) Bentley of Paw Paw, IL.; Barbara (Mike) McNeil of Paw Paw IL.; John (Lois) Bentley of Serena, IL.; and Catherine (Mike) Augelli of Viroqua, Wi.; grandchildren and great grandchildren; Lori (Dave) Dickinson and children Alicia & Michael; Paul (Dawn) Bentley and children Samantha, Paul, Sara, Preston; Janine (Jim) Laechelt and children Richard & Jessica; Joseph Augelli and daughter Alexis; Jennifer Augelli, and one great great granddaughter, Nova. She is further survived by brother in-laws, sister in-laws, cousins, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Ervin Bentley; her parents; a daughter Suzanne Hamilton of Wilder, Idaho; 12 siblings; Ludmella, Margaret, Marian, Regina, Rose, Katherine, Martha, Andy, Roman, Anton & Jacob. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the St Johns Church in Patch Grove, WI. Fr. John Meinholz will officiate with burial to follow in the Union Cemetery in Patch Grove. Friends may call at the church from 11 am till the time of service at noon.
