Argyle L. Hagen, 73, of Westby died Saturday, November 05, 2011. Argyle Leo Carlton Hagen, 73, of Westby, died Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua. Argyle was born April 29 1938 on LaVaas Ridge to Arthur and Cora (Anderson) Hagen. Argyle was a lifetime member of North Coon Prairie Lutheran Church and lived in the area his whole life. He loved to work on cars, mow lawn, go fishing, and have a little beer on the side. Argyle was survived by his wife Arlene; children Kathy and Sheri; step-children Linda, Gerardand Wanda; grandchildren James Robert, Jeremy Lee, Samantha, Walker, Lindsay and Lisa; sisters Jeanette, Lizzy, Clarice; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Dale, and niece Debbie. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at North Coon Prairie Lutheran Church. Pastor John Stennes-Spidahl will officiate with burial in the Church Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m..
