Arlen "Dizz" Vance, 71, of Viroqua, died Sunday, December 6, 2009, at the Trempealeau County Health Care Center in Whitehall. A graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, December 10, 2009, at Liberty Pole Cemetery. Reverend Ethan Larson will officiate.Online condolences may be offered at www.vosseteigfuneralhomes.com . The Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home of Viroqua is serving the family.
