Barb Tryggestad

Barb Tryggestad, age 69, of Viroqua, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024. She was born on July 17, 1954, in Rockford, IL, to Rayness “Boogan” and Clementine (Buerskin) Tryggestad. Barb graduated from Viroqua High School in 1972 and then attended Beauty School. Barb was a beautician for most of her working life, and also operated a craft shop in Montello, WI while she was briefly married.

Survivors include her brother, Glen (Renee) Tryggestad; her niece, Sara (Brad) Stoll; one great-nephew, Adler Stoll; her life-long friend, Mary Thoreson; and several aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents.

A Graveside Service will be held at Noon on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the Viroqua Cemetery. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.vossfh.com.
