Beatrice Lawler, age 89 died Friday, October 30, 2009 . Beatrice Lawler, age 89 died Friday, October 30, 2009 at the Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua. She was born on January 9, 1920 in New York, New York, the only child of Harry and Florence Austin. She is survived by her only daughter, Linda (Bob) Lamonde of Westby, Wis. and her only granddaughter, Jamie (Dan) Johnson of Soldiers Grove, Wis. Private family graveside services were held. The Vosseteig Funeral Home of Westby is serving the family.
