Beth M. Sanwick

Beth M. Sanwick, age 69, of Viroqua, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023. She was born on May 27, 1953, in Viroqua to Mansel and Lorraine (Jennings) Stalsberg. She graduated from Viroqua High School with the class of 1971. Following graduation, she attended beauty school and worked for Marinello Hair Salon for many years before owning her own beauty shop, Hair Elegance, for over 20 years. She married Ole Sanwick on October 30, 2000. Beth was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and enjoyed gardening, horses, spending time outside, gambling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her children, Matt (Christal) Clancy and Melissa (Michael) Buster; four grandchildren, Gunnar (fiancée Rachel Schumacher), Ty, Hope, and Faith; her great-granddaughter, Kennedy; her siblings, Cindy (James) Harter, Rhonda (Michael) Welch, Tammy (Gary) Nelson, and Boone (Dawn) Stalsberg; brother-in-law, Dennis Glick; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ole Sanwick; and her sister, Rhenea Glick.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Vosseteig-Larson Funeral in Viroqua. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Beth will be laid to rest at the Viroqua Cemetery. A lunch will be held at the Viroqua VFW following the graveside service. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.vossfh.com.
