Bonnie Fish, 84, of Westby died Thursday, September 12, 2013 Bonnie Jean Nellie Fish, age 84 of Westby, passed away from complications of Alzheimers disease on Thursday, September 12th at Clare Bridge Memory Care Facility in LaCrosse. She was born in Vernon county Wisconsin on July 3, 1929 to Jay and Sylvia (Wallace) Clark. She married Kenneth "Mike" Fish on September 6, 1947 in Viroqua. Bonnie and Mike lived in Vernon county most of their lives. Bonnie was the food service supervisor at Norseland Nursing home in Westby from the time it opened until her retirement in 2002. Bonnie is survived by two daughters: Debra (Allan) Ninas of Elgin, MN and Denise Ashlin of Cave Creek, AZ; three sons: Gary (Carolyn) of Waupun, WI, Mark of LaCrosse, WI and Jeffrey (Bonny) of Westby; six granddaughters; five grandsons; six great-grandsons; 7 great-granddaughters; 2 step great-grandsons; and one sister, Betty Suhr, of Viroqua. She is also blessed with many sister; brothers- in-law; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; brothers and sister-in-laws Verlyn and Beulah Clark, Orville and Helen Clark, Garland and Arlene Clark; and brother-in-law Robert Suhr. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Westby Coon Prairie Lutheran Church in Westby. Pastor Julie Wollman will officiate with burial to follow in Viroqua Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11. The Vosseteig Funeral Home of Westby is serving the family.
