Candise "Candi" Clark

Candise "Candi" Clark, age 67, of Viroqua, WI passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026 at Emplify Health in La Crosse. She was born on October 6, 1958 to Larry and Yvonne (Helgeson) Clark. She married James "Jim" Clark on October 17, 1995 and blended their 5 kids into one family.

Candi dedicated her life to being a wife and mom to not only her own children but anyone else who needed "Mom" at any time. Her door was always open. She loved going in the Semi with Jim. She was an avid reader and always had a house full of books. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and they loved sleepovers at Grandma's house.

She is survived by her children: Jacob Shipman, Lacey (Nick) Duell, Sam Clark, Chad Clark and Nicole (Jason) Clark; grandchildren: Linkin, Heaven, Willow and Jacob, Emma, Ada-Lou and Remington, Aiden and Nina, Simon, Callies, Autum, Zoey, Bailey, Kobe, Jace, Maverick and Brooklyn; niece Ashley Applebee; nephew Adam Applebee, and special friend Bonnie.

She was preceded in death by her parents Larry and Yvonne, her husband James, her sister Penny and her son Jason.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
