Clinton William Fish, age 84 of Viroqua, Wisconsin, died Wednesday, February 28, 2007 Clinton William Fish, age 84 of Viroqua, Wisconsin, died Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He was born in Viroqua on November 2, 1922 to Harvey and Erma (Osborne) Fish. Clinton lived in the city of Viroqua and rural Viroqua for many years. He was employed as a road construction worker and farmed most of his life. He served in the US Army during WWII and was a member of the American Legion Post #138 in Viroqua. Clinton is survived by two sisters: Agnes (Martin) Morkrid of Viroqua, WI; Rae Hope (William) Pace of Clinton, WI; one brother Dale Fish of La Farge, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a special friend, Mark Turben. In addition to his parents, Clinton was preceded in death by three sisters: Merle, Fern, and Dorothy and one brother Norman. He was also preceded in death by two brothers-in-law: Guy Primmer and Ernest Ekum, and two sisters-in-law: Geneva Fish and Mary Fish. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 5, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home in Viroqua. Pastor Ethan Larson will officiate with burial in the Viroqua Cemetery. Friends may call Monday after 12:00 noon at the Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home, 123 West Decker (Hwy 56) Viroqua. The Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home of Viroqua is serving the family.
