Connie (Franks) Royland, age 59 of Westby, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 Connie K. Royland, age 59 of Westby, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at the Norseland Nursing Home. She was born on June 25, 1951 to Louis and Genevieve (Stout) Franks. She is survived by one son, Michael (Jody) Kyser of Viroqua; two grandchildren: Hunter Kyser and Holden Kyser; six siblings: Larry Franks of Viroqua, Gary Franks of Westby, Ronnie Franks of Viroqua, Dennis Franks of Westby, Fred Franks of Westby and Ellen Bottoms of Beloit; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters: Marie, Anita and Debra. Friends may call on Friday, July 9, 2010 from 4 to 6 p.m. with a prayer service at 6 p.m. at the Vosseteig Funeral Home, 708 S. Hwy 14 in Westby. Pastor George Shick will officiate.
