Cynthia Stowell

Cynthia Stowell, age 51, formerly of Viroqua and Westby, died Saturday, September 22, 2007. Cynthia "Cindy" Sue Stowell, age 51 of Tomah and formerly of the Westby/Viroqua area, died Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in LaCrosse. She was born on October 6, 1955 in LaCrosse to James and Katherine (Farnsworth) Cox. Cindy enjoyed many things such as making flower arrangements, loving and caring for her animals; camping; and especially working at Fort McCoy. She took great pride in all her work. In addition to her husband, Dennis J. Stowell of Tomah, she is survived by two children: Brandt J. Stowell of Watertown, WI and Courtney S. Spaeth of Boyd, WI; one granddaughter, Kendra C. Stowell; her parents, James and Katherine Cox of Arizona and a sister, Kim Boucher of Washington. Private family funeral services were held at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Westby.
