Daryl Vogel

Daryl Vogel, 38, of Westby, died Friday, December 4, 2015. Daryl was born in North Dakota to Bill and Irene (Schutz) Vogel. At the age of 15 they moved to Wisconsin where he graduated from Westby High School. Daryl went to South West Tech in Red Wing for a course in Welding. He was a self employed Welder and preferred fabricating instead of repairs. Daryl enjoyed hunting and taking his dogs for walks. He loved being married to Tonia and doing things together with her. Daryl is survived by his wife, Tonia; parents: Bill and Joy Vogel; three children: Samantha and Spencer Oftedahl, and Hayden Fredrickson; eight siblings: Allen (Cindy) Vogel, Sherry (Allen) Neas, Janine (Neil) Wheeler, Billee (Sammy) Gondola, Karen Vogel, Gordy Dehne, James Dehne, and Christina Pfahl; and several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene; and one brother, Kevin Dehne. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the Grace Church, Cty Rd B, in Viroqua. Pastor Rich Maurer will officiate with burial to follow in the Brush Hollow cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 9 am till the time of service at 11.
