Dean S. Schlicht

Dean Schlicht, age 65, of rural Ontario, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020. He was born March 17, 1955, in La Crosse, Wis. to Sylvester and Myrtle Schlicht. Dean grew up in the Stoddard and Chaseburg area. Dean loved camping, fishing, spending time with family, holidays, family reunions, farming, driving semi, spending time with his grand babies, cooking and grilling, and especially old cars. Survivors include his brother, Dennis Schlicht; his children: Paul Schlicht, Adam Schlicht, Rebecca Lancaster, Hannah Schlicht, and Zachary Schlicht; his grandchildren: Kloie Schlicht, Chloe Schlicht, Braxton Schlicht, Deacon Schlicht, Abalene Lancaster, Austin Lancaster, Annalise Mier, Kaelyn Schlicht, and Grayson Schlicht; Butch his dog, and many other cousins. Dean was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Myrtle Schlicht; Debi Liles, Duane (Dewey) Schlicht, and Raymond Stellner. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 7, 2020, at La Farge Free Methodist Church. Pastor Mark Phillips will officiate.
