Delores D. Knight, age 70 of Westby, died Monday, January 22, 2007 Delores D. Knight, age 70 of Westby, died Monday, January 22, 2007 at her home. She was born on November 27, 1936 to William and Clara (Hoover) Stellner. Delores graduated from DeSoto High School in 1954. On Feburary 12, 1955 she married Jack Knight and they later divorced. She cooked for several years at the Tippy Toe Inn in Chaseburg. She was the loving mother of seven children: Vickie Buhrow (Scott Paape) of Milton, Cheryl (James) Hanson of Edgerton, James Knight (April) of Westby, Julie Jambois (John Green) of Westby, Kevin (Jennifer) Knight of Westby, Tammy Knight (Larry Kopchik) of Hawk Run, PA, and Keith Knight (Brittini Fish) of Westby. Delores is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Maxine Dayton of Stoddard, Elaine Brosinski of Stoddard and Mabel Mellum of LaCrosse; and one brother, Richard (Betty) Stellner of LaFarge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Joyce, Lorraine and Myrtle. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Westby. Pastors Gary Daines and Lori Kleppe will officiate with burial in the Stoddard Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday at the church after 10:30 a.m. The Vosseteig Funeral Home of Westby is serving the family.
