Dianna P. Myhre, age 39 of Westby and formerly of Viola, died Saturday, June 16, 2007. Dianna P. Myhre, age 39 of Westby and formerly of Viola, died Saturday morning, June 16, 2007 at Gundersen-Lutheran in LaCrosse. She was born on April 22, 1968 in Sauk Co. to Walter and Betty (DeGarmo) Kerska. She graduated from Kickapoo High School and earned her bachelor and masters degree in nursing from Viterbo University in LaCrosse. She worked for Gundersen-Lutheran since 1989, where she had an emphasis in Geriatric Care. Dianna also worked for 6 years for Wellspring, a nursing home consulting firm dealing with geriatric needs. She enjoyed golf and was an active member of Viroqua Hills. She is survived by her husband, Randy Myhre; her parents, Walter and Betty Kerska of Viola; one brother, Dan (Peggy) Kerska of Holmen; two nephews: Tyler and Ross Kerska; three step-sons: David Myhre, Bradley Myhre and Jamey Hamilton; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Emil and Nita Kerska and Gordon and Geraldine DeGarmo. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Viola United Methodist Church with burial in the Brush Hollow Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Vosseteig Funeral Home, 708 S. Hwy 14 in Westby. The Vosseteig Funeral Homes of Westby and Viola are serving the family.
