Dolores A Danielson, 85, of Viroqua, died Thursday, December 18, 2014. Dolores (Carlson) Danielson, age 85, died at Viroqua Medical Center in Viroqua, Wisconsin, on Thursday, December 18, 2014. The cause was a massive stroke. Born May 7, 1929, in Dundee Illinois, she married Arnold Danielson on May 31, 1947. She moved to Geneva, Illinois in 1964, and lived there until moving to Onalaska, Wi in 1988. She worked at the Ace Hardware in Onalaska until retiring in 1999 to Viroqua. Survivors include her three children, Kerry (Doug) Allen of Viroqua, Wi; Kyle (Shelly) Danielson, of La Crescent, MN; Connie (Jason Ostrem) Stillwell of Westby, Wi; (9) grandchildren and (1) great-grandchild. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold, her parents, and a brother and sister. Dolores was known to many of the residences at Park View Apts as 'Grandma'. She put a smile on many faces with her quick wit and knack for telling jokes. She will be sadly missed. As her family was very important, at Dolores request, no formal services will be held except a small family gathering. The Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home is serving the family.
