Donna Mae DeClark, 70 of Sioux Falls, died Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Donna Mae DeClark, 70 of Sioux Falls, died Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at the Dougherty Hospice House. Donna was born September 5, 1938 in Westby, WI the daughter of Orvin and Naomi Lovstad. She grew up in Westby and graduated from the University Of Wisconsin School Of Nursing. She was united in marriage to Robert DeClark on December 8, 1962 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Ann Arbor, MI. Survivors include her husband, Robert, 4 children, Lisa DeClark, Peter (Lisa) DeClark, Robert (Melissa) DeClark, Matt (Andrea) DeClark and ten grandchildren. A service will be held on Friday, February 6 at Heritage Funeral Home in Sioux Falls, SD. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Coon Prairie Cemetery in Westby. Friends may call at the Vosseteig Funeral Home, 708 S. Hwy 14 in Westby from 10:30 a.m. until leaving for the cemetery. The Vosseteig Funeral Home of Westby is serving the family.
