Earl McGrath, age 67 of Westby, died Thursday, November 29, 2007. Earl James McGrath, age 67 of Westby died Thursday, November 29, 2007 at his home. He was born May 23, 1940 to Earl and Ethel (Bennet) McGrath, Sr. in La Crosse. WI. He grew up in La Crosse, WI and lived in Florida for eight years. When he moved back to La Crosse he met his wife, Cindy at Outers Lab in Onalaska, WI. Earl is survived by his wife, Cindy McGrath; his children: Kevin (Leah) McGrath, Nicole McGrath, Linda McGrath and Michelle (Kristopher) Kolbo; his siblings: Marilyn (Bob) Sanders, Carol (Corey) Billie, Jim McGrath, Dennis (Mary) McGrath, Butch (Suzie) LaDue. His grandchildren: Rachael Kolbo, Madison Kolbo, Zachary Kolbo; niece: Amelia LaDue; nephews: Mocwa LaDue, Lorenzo LaDue, Oliver LaDue and Jason (Aimee) Stratman; father-in-law: Raymond Stratman; sister-in-law: Vickie (Bob) Bouffleur; brother-in-law: Tom Stratman.He was preceded in death by his dad, Earl James McGrath, Sr., his mom, Ethel LaDue; daughter: Norma Jean McGrath; mother-in-law: Elaine Stratman; sister-in-law: Debbie Stratman; and his aunt Ruth.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2007 at the Vosseteig Funeral Home, 708 S. Main, Westby, WI. Pastor Gary Daines will officiate with burial in Our Saviors Cemetery, rural Westby. Friends may call from 12:00 noon until time of service at 1:00.
