Eileen I. Moldrem

Eileen Idella Moldrem, age 77, of rural Ferryville, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at Soldiers Grove Health Services. She was born January 19, 1943, to the late Arnold and Effie (Sutton) Moldrem. She went to Boma School, Buck Creek School and Gays Mills High School, graduating in 1962. Eileen was baptized and confirmed at Utica Lutheran Church and was a member of the Esther Circle. She lived on her home farm all her life. Her laughter was infectious; she enjoyed baking cookies, loved mowing the lawn and had many special church lady friends. Survivors include her sister Carol Jean (Duane) Wolcott; her nephew Andrew Arnold Wolcott, her niece Jennifer Carol (Cory) Stovey and many special cousins. Eileen was preceded in death by her parents and her great-nephew Carter Sutton Stovey. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10 at Utica Lutheran Church Cemetery.
