Heaven gained an angel with the passing of Erica Rundle (Aica Boo), on May 9, 2022, after a lifelong battle with a rare syndrome. She was born with a syndrome known as Chromosomal 11P deletion, in which she was the 12th person diagnosed. Erica always stayed positive and happy doing whatever she could do to make everyone else happy. Erica lived several decades longer than doctors thought possible, defying all the odds. Erica enjoyed her time here on Earth proving to people that her disabilities, and lack of sight couldn't stop her from at least trying to do everything a "healthy" person could do and sometimes more. She loved to beat her niece Jocelyn and nephew Tre while playing on the Nintendo Wii and other video games. Erica loved to attend country music dances with her Grandma Mary and Grandpa Dean on a regular basis. She loved her horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, and Chinchilla (or as Erica called it - a tarantula.) She loved to help with all the chores on the farm including: stacking wood and hay, caring for the animals, fixing things, and doing woodworking projects with her dad. Erica enjoyed being outside listening to the birds and hearing the noise of the wind, water, and other animals. Erica was survived by her mother, Kim Rundle and her father, Jeff Rundle; her sister, Leanne Sneddon; brother-in-Law, Sean Sneddon; nieces: Jocelyn Adams, Bailey Sneddon, and Trina Sneddon; nephews, Tre Adams and Mikaya Sneddon; her grandmother, Mary Ann Smith and grandfather, Dean Brazier. Erica is further survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends she called family. A benefit/fundraiser was planned for May 22nd to help raise money for a kidney transplant that Erica so desperately needed. Erica was looking forward to the dance - SO let's have ONE LAST DANCE in memory of Erica Anne Rundle. Please join Erica's family on May 22nd, 2022, at Club 16, 1615 W. Wisconsin Street, Sparta, from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 5:00 p.m. for a Celebration of Life and Memorial Benefit. All proceeds raised at Erica's Celebration of Life will go to cover end of life expenses and medical costs. In lieu of flowers, Erica's family suggests potted plants that can be grown in her memory or memorials to her family. Sime Funeral Home in Readstown is serving Erica's family. 106 S. 4th St. Readstown, WI 54652 (608) 629-5651
