Gail G. "Jerry" Douglas, age 72 of Westby, died Monday, November 16, 2009. Gail G. "Jerry" Douglas, age 72 of Westby died Monday, November 16, 2009 at his home. He was born on January 4, 1937 to Gail and Aashild (Logan) Douglas. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Endle); four children: Teresa (Gary) Last of Cedarburg, WI, Rhonda (Jerry) Duerst of Cudahy, WI, Greg (Lisa) Douglas of Muskego,WI, and Tina (Kip) Lisiecki of Oak Creek, WI; three step-children: David Kothbauer of Westby, Dawn (Mike) Fowler of Warrens and Denise (Erik) Diekmann of Tomah; four siblings: Pat (Lincoln) Stafslien of Westby, Donna (Richard) Bean of Chaseburg, Debbie (Grant) Stromstad of Westby, and Jim (Kathy) Douglas of Phoenix, AZ; 19 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Ben and Olga Logan and his aunt, Janet Roehl. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Westby Coon Prairie Lutheran Church. Pastor Dennis Hallemeier will officiate. Burial will be in the Coon Prairie Cemetery. The Vosseteig Funeral Home of Westby is serving the family.
