Galeon E. Eitsert

Galeon E. Eitsert, age 44 of Bell Center, died Saturday, June 15, 2013. Galeon Edwin Eitsert, 44, passed away June 15, 2013 at home in rural Gays Mills. He was born in Boscobel, WI, Jan.13, 1969, son of L. Dale and Doris (Grandstaff) Eitsert. Galeon graduated from North Crawford High School in 1988. He married Stacy Sander on July 6, 1996 in Wauzeka, WI. They farmed in the Gays Mills area all their years together, and Galeon worked at Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley, Richland Center. He enjoyed farming, camping, hunting, playing cards and playing games with his children, nieces and nephews. He is survived by his wife: Stacy and two daughters Morgan and Laura. Four brothers Louie (April), Blue River, Albert(Rita), Ferryville, Dan(Barb), Gays Mills, Tony, Searcy, AR and two sisters Deanna(Greg) Saucke and Jen(Fred) Schlegel from Gays Mills. 24 nieces and nephews: Ethan (Krista), Brok (Brittany), Elias, Mindy, Nathan, Danielle, Samantha and Katie Eitsert, Greg (Holly), Rafe, Nicole and Reggie Saucke, Chris and Jessica Schlegel, Tyson and Tanner Tiffany, Danica, Lexie and Jadyn Sander, Tayler and Benjamin Varney, Laci and Lee (Betsy) Sheldon, Leah (Gene) Baldwin and 3 great nieces and nephew Lilly, Gabe and Ella Eitsert, mother-in-law Phyllis Sander, two sister-in-laws Dawn (Charlie) Tiffany, Arkansas, Danielle Varney, Muscoda, and one brother- in- law Todd (Deanna) Sander, Wauzeka. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Donna, sister-in-law Robin Eitsert, father-in- law Dick Sander. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vosseteig Funeral Home, Hwy 131 and Sunset Ridge in Gays Mills. Pastor Joel Oines will officiate with burial in the Gays Mills Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills. In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be given to the family. The Vosseteig Funeral Home of Gays Mills is serving the family.
