Harvey W. Stone

Harvey W. Stone, age 79, of Viroqua, died Saturday, June 5, 2021. He was born December 30, 1941, in La Farge to the late Guy and Helen (Thayer) Stone. He attended La Farge schools. Following his schooling, he moved to Florida with his parents until his father became sick, at which time they moved back to the area. Harvey was a talented carpenter and enjoyed cooking and his prize winning gardens. Survivors include several nieces and nephews; his sister-in-law, Joyce Stone; other relatives and friends. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, George, Tom, Ruby, Junior, Rosemary, and Mary Ellen. Private services will be held at a later date.
