Judith "Judy" Paggi

Judith “Judy” E. Paggi, age 83, of Genoa, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 31, 2024, at her home. She was born on October 31, 1940, on the family farm in Genoa to Harold and Annie (Willenberg) Woodward. Judy grew up on the family farm and helped her father on the farm. She attended school in De Soto. She married William “Bill” Paggi and they had three children. She loved her cats, cattle, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Robin (Kirby-Gage) Paggi; her daughter, Cheri (Virgil) Elliott of Genoa; two grandchildren, Douglas (Karissa Seitz) and KatieLynn (Jeffrey) Richards; her sister, Verna (Jim) Fladhammer; as well as other relatives and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William “Bill” Paggi; her son, Alan Paggi; and a stillborn daughter, Denise Ann Paggi.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Genoa are appreciated.

A Memorial Service for Judy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024, at Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home in Viroqua. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. A reception will be held after the service. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.vossfh.com.
