Kathy L. Clark

Kathy L. Clark, age 58, of Westby, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. She was born on August 18, 1967, in La Crosse, the daughter of the late Herman and Betty (Lind) Clark.

Kathy grew up on her family’s farm in the Newry/Rognstad Ridge area and graduated from Westby High School. Following high school, Kathy married Mark Parshall, and together they raised three wonderful children.

Kathy had a passion for caring for others and worked as a caregiver at various businesses throughout the area. She also worked at Kwik Trip and was currently employed at Vernon Acres in Viroqua.

Kathy was always the life of the party and brought fun and laughter wherever she went. She enjoyed karaoke, sitting around campfires, animals, and, most of all, spending time with her family and friends. She especially loved being a grandma; loving and spoiling her grandbabies.

Survivors include her life partner, Joe “Joey” Cina; her children Tyler (Jordan) Clark, Ricki (Giles) McMillen, and Keean (Lacey Ott) Parshall; her grandchildren, Lacey and Brantley Clark; Ezra McMillen; her siblings, Norman (Renee) Clark, Kenny (Andrea) Clark, Jerry Clark, and Kim (Ken) Schuttemeier; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents and her former husband, Mark Parshall.

A Funeral Service for Kathy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Westby. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Kathy will be laid to rest at North Coon Prairie Cemetery following the service. A luncheon will take place at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.vossfh.com.
