Kay L. Hall age 42 of Viroqua, died Wednesday, September 3, 2014 Kay L. Hall age 42 of Viroqua, died Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at the Bland Bekkedal Hospice House in Viroqua. She was born November 9, 1971 to Victor and Sandra (Sparrow) Hall in Rochester, MN. She graduated from Owatonna, MN High School and worked as a resident assistant, helping vulnerable people at various facilities. Kay was born with a congenital heart condition but enjoyed life to the fullest. She is survived by her parents; six siblings: Wayne, Michael, Shantel, Clay, Nicholas, and Issac; aunts; uncles; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Blessed be our memory of Kay L. Hall Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vosseteig Funeral Home, 708 S. Hwy 14 in Westby. President Robert Ghormley of the LDS Church will officiate with burial in the Liberty Pole Cemetery. Friends may call at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Westby one hour prior to the service on Friday. The Vosseteig Funeral Homes are assisting the family.
