Linda Kay Millner

Linda Kay (Sorenson) Millner, age 75, of La Farge, passed away Tuesday, December 01, 2020. Linda battled cancer since 1992. Linda was born on July 18, 1945, in Hillsboro, WI to Vilas and Aletha (Visgar) Sorenson. Linda moved to Harvard, Illinois after high school. She married Jack Lee Millner from Harvard, Illinois on January 15, 1962. They moved to Rockbridge, WI and later to La Farge, WI in 1970. Linda enjoyed being a farm wife and loved her husband Jack very much. Linda had a great quality of life. Linda was a gracious giver to many, as she loved to spread her abundance of love. Her pride and joy was her family and she had a close bond with each and every one of them. Some of her favorite pastimes were cooking for family, going out to eat, attending Harvard Milk Days, taking care of her houseplants, buying scratch-offs, listening to Elvis, enjoying the company of their dog Daisy and placing flowers on the resting places of loved ones. Linda's famous last words to everyone were, "Be Careful". Survivors include her husband, Jack L. Millner; son, Jack F. Millner; daughters: Malinda Millner, Mary Millner and Nancy (Millner) Green; her grandchildren: Brandon Millner, Ashley Fish, Dylan Green, Billy Green, Maria Green, Bryan (Millner) Bixby, Dalton (Bethany) Millner and Heidi Orr; her great-grandchildren: Jazmine Fish, Macey Fish, Liam Stroops, Evelyn Millner, Gannon Millner, Myla Millner, Aubrey Orr, Caleb Orr and Savannah Menge; her sister, Brenda (Sorenson) Kratzer (Glen) and brother, Denny (Pam) Sorenson; sisters-in-law: Darlene (Harvey) Roberts, Peggy (Rick) Pierce and Dee Millner; her brother-In-Law, Terry Bopp; and her close cousins, Jim Millner and Kris Lara Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Vilas and Aletha (Visgar) Sorenson; her brothers: Johnnie and Wava Visgar, Eddie Sorenson, Janice Bopp, Mary and Bob Cavin; and her in-laws: Noil and Elsie (Wagner) Millner, Hank Millner, Roger Millner, Sandra and Chuck Boviall and Betty Weber.
