Lisa Olson

Lisa Olson, age 55, of Viroqua, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, with her family at her side. She was born February 2, 1967, in Viroqua to Allen and Connie (Burkum) Adam. Lisa graduated from Viroqua High School with the class of 1985. Following graduation, she attended Western Technical College, where she graduated with an Associate Degree in Accounting. Upon graduation, she worked at Gateway/Fleming Foods. From there, she went on to work at Quillins in La Crosse. Most recently, Lisa was employed at Organic Valley and worked in the accounting department. Lisa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Many special memories were made in Wisconsin Dells, Door County, and various other family excursions. To know Lisa was to love her. She was a very likable person who was dedicated to her family, friends, and work. She had a passion for life and always had a smile on her face. Even through her health struggles, she never asked for help. She was a lifelong member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Torger Olson; her two daughters, Kendra and Jocelyn Olson; her mother, Connie Adam; her father, Allen (Barb) Adam Sr.; her brother, Allen (Amy) Adam Jr.; nieces and nephews: Aaron Adam, Alexander Adam, Elizabeth Olson, Espen Wilke, and Erika Wilke; her father-in-law, Maynard Olson; her mother-in-law, Estelle Olson; brother-in-law, Varick Olson; sister-in-law, Kirsten (Mark) Wilke; her aunts and uncles; other relatives and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Viroqua. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, at Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home in Viroqua. Additional visitation will be held Saturday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. A luncheon will be held at the church following the service. Lisa will be laid to rest at the Viroqua Cemetery at a later date.
