LA FARGE Logan Ryan Connelly, age 23 of La Farge, died Friday December 22, 2017. Logan Ryan Connelly, 23, La Farge, WI, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017 Logan was born on June 3, 1994 in Viroqua, WI. He graduated from La Farge High School in 2012. He was a heavy equipment operator for A. Block Marketing in Lemont, IL before moving back to La Farge. He most recently was employed at K & K Cheese in Cashton. Logan enjoyed hanging out with family and friends, playing video games, and watching sports. He was especially fond of the Chicago Blackhawks, Minnesota Vikings, and Buffalo Bills. Logan was a very intelligent and funny young man. He loved to brag to others about his luxurious hair. He was quick-witted and always had a come back to put you in your place. Logan had a huge heart, was protective of his family and friends, and was incredibly loyal. He was charismatic and had the ability to make everyone smile, especially his mother, "Rob," as he often affectionately called her. Logan will forever be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Tim and Robin Connelly of Westby, a sister, Chelsea Connelly of La Farge, a brother, Brenden Connelly of Onalaska, a sister Jordan Wemmer of Viroqua, a sister Mallory Appleman, and a brother Dalton Appleman of Mauston, grandparents, Donna (George) Wilder of La Farge, Robert (Deb) Jacobson of New Albany, Indiana, and Thelma Connelly of Dodgeville. He is also survived by a special nephew, Colton Hall, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Logan is also survived by his best and faithful friend, Ruxin. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Alvin Connelly and his uncle, Patrick Connelly. Funeral services for Logan will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 11:00am at Free Methodist Church in La Farge. Friends may call during a visitation at Free Methodist Church in La Farge on Monday, January 1, 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm or at the church of one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Burial will be at Bear Creek Cemetery, immediately following the service. In lieu of plants or flowers, memorials are preferred.
