Nancy Potter, age 64, formerly of Viola, died on Thursday, May 15, 2008. Nancy Edwards Potter, age 64 formerly of Viola, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Maplewood Nursing Home in Sauk City. Nancy resided at Sunny Crest Manor in Dubuque, IA prior to moving to Maplewood Nursing Home. Nancy was preceded in death by both biological parents, Clarence and Louise (McCollough) Edwards as well as her parents, Marian and Elmer (Slim) Potter of DeSoto; her sister, Patricia Kiley; niece, Jessica Kiley and Nephew, Christopher Kiley of New York. She was also preceded in death by uncles, Tom McCollough of Baraboo and Clarence (Ruth) McCollough of Readstown. Nancy is survived by her uncle Edward (Iva) McCollough of St. Louis, MO (originally of La Crosse); aunt, Beverly McCollough of Baraboo, widow of Tom. Nancy is also survived by many cousins, second cousins and friends, all who loved her dearly. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the Vosseteig Funeral Homes Henthorn Memorial Center in Viola. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Viola Cemetery with Father Steiner officiating. The Vosseteig Funeral Homes Henthorn Memorial Center of Viola is serving the family.
