Neva Shore, 90, of Westby died Saturday, April 4, 2015. Neva I. Shore, age 90 of Westby, died Saturday, April 4, 2015. She was born on September 19, 1924 to Loren and Gladys (Winters) Frye. On May 10, 1947 she was united in marriage to Donovan W. Shore in Valton, Wisconsin. In 1954 Donovan and Neva moved to Westby from Viroqua. Neva was a member of the Westby United Methodist Church. She is survived by one son, Terry (Gail) Shore of Stoddard; one daughter, Jean Shore of Westby; grandson, Matthew (Melissa) Shore; great-granddaughter, Emmerson Iva Shore; three sisters: Dawnene Lilley, Sandra Young and Nancy Mortimer; sister-in-law, Phyllis Frye; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donovan; one sister, Betty; and two brothers: Ezra and Dennis; two brothers-in-law: Warren "Bud" Lilley and Howard Young. Blessed be our memory of Neva I. Shore. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Westby United Methodist Church. Pastor Jim Aniol will officiate with burial in the Valton Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
