Raydeana "Dee" Monica Knutson

Raydeana “Dee” Monica Knutson, of Ferryville, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024. Dee was born in Brooklyn, NY, on September 20, 1952. She was the third of 12 children. She married Lewis Knutson on September 22, 2000.

Dee was a very happy, talkative lady who loved fishing, gardening, and canning. She very much loved her sons and grandchildren, as well as her sons, daughter, and grandchildren, which she inherited when she joined the Knutson family. Dee enjoyed being around friends and family and talking with her siblings in other states.

Dee is survived by her husband, Lewis Sr.; children: Cory Park, Lewis “Deuce”, and Karalee (Tyler) Leatherberry; grandchildren: Caitlyn Whiting, Kaden Park, Kaley (Braley) Pooch, Katrina (Jacob) Udell, Landen Knutson, Isabel Knutson, Karson Leatherberry, and Layton Knutson. She is also survived by siblings: Christina Hennesey, Billy Barnhart, Maryann Zuk, Bobby Zuk, Loretta Zuk, Joanna Murphy, and Collette Ragozino.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lorretta Zuk and son, Joseph Keating, as well as siblings: Julie Fairchild, Cathy Bartley, Tommy Cunningham, and George Zuk.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills. Pastor Michele Engh will officiate. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A luncheon will follow the service at the Gays Mills American Legion Post 308, next door to the funeral home.
