Roy Jefson, age 96, of Westby, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020. He was born February 1, 1924. Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Roy was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Harriet Totten; and five nephews. Private family services will be held at a later date.
