Roy Orland Clark

Roy O. Clark, age 78 of Gays Mills, died at home Sunday February 2, 2020 surrounded by his loving family and caregivers. Roy Orland Clark went to be with his Lord on Sunday, February 2, 2020, with his wife at his side. He was born in Steuben, WI on September 3, 1941 to William Delbert Clark & Edith Luella Dobson. Roy served in the military with the United States Army. He married Elsie Wilkinson on January 2, 1965. They were together for 55 years. Roy is survived by his loving wife, Elsie; two sons, Gary (Stacy) of Appleton and Edward of Gays Mills; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; his brother, Larry; his sister, Carol & Robert Sr. of Gays Mills; as well as several nieces and nephews. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, his parents-in-law, his one daughter, Julie; a sister and four brothers, several aunts and uncles. Funeral services for Roy will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 7, 2020 at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills. Pastor Wayne Goplin of the BMZ Ministries will officiate. Full Military Honors will take place at the Funeral Home following the service. Friends may call during a visitation at the Funeral Home from 10:00-11:00 A.M. before the service. A lunch reception will follow at the Soldiers Grove Methodist Church.
