Sheila Ann Ball

Sheila Ann Ball, age 83, of Elroy, WI, passed away on February 7, 2022, at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse. She was born March 25, 1938, in Cadillac, Michigan to Elroy and Pearl Ball. She was a farmer’s wife and farmer’s daughter. She lived in Prairie du Chien for 22 years. She loved dogs, cats, ducks, scary movies, horror films, shopping, and was very fashionable. Sheila always tried to be prim and proper. Survivors include her children, Randell (Kathy) VanDeCreek; Laura Willis, Richard (Patricia) VanDeCreek, Barbara (Gerard) Sprosty, and Daryl VanDeCreek; her grandchildren, Randy Jr., Elizabeth, Sarah, Michael, Ricky, Melissa (Jeremy), Joe, Kristina, Vicky (Mark), and Andrew; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson, Oliver; other relatives and friends. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents and her brother. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home in Viroqua.
