Terrance Lee Brandau, 58, passed away peacefully at his home in Westby on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. He is survived by his son, Anthony V. Woodard; seven siblings: Dixie Arndt, Dean Brandau, Steve Brandau, Todd Brandau, Debbie Brandau-Ackerman, Patti (Brandau) Thomas, and Cindy (Brandau) Rogge. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews; four grandchildren: Daisha, Ryan, Dominic and Susanna. Also ex-wife, Jean Brandau and three step-children: Tori Hawkins, Tony Pedretti and Anna Pedretti. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, William Brandau, Jr. and Bonita (Brandenburg) Brandau. Terry was born in Tomah on July 27, 1958. He and his family grew up in the Wilton and Chicago areas. Terry was also a proud Marine. Terry held various jobs in his life including truck driver, farmer and several years in the VA mailroom. Terry has been sober for 28 years and owes much of that to the Ontario AA Clubhouse and the friends he made there. His life revolved around his grandchildren and he loved spending time with them. He also honored his "Higher Power" God, who helped him get through the tough times in life. We are celebrating his life today and hope you can share some happy memories of Terry with the other people here today. Thank you so much for coming. A celebration of Terrys life will be held from 4:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 5, 2016 at the Ontario AA Clubhouse, 29330 St. highway 131 between Ontario and Wilton.
