Victor was born September 1, 1943 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Bradley and Dora (McCoy) Allen.Victor joined the Air Force May 18, 1964 and served as a jet mechanic until 1970. After his Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, he worked in a variety of trades and places including a coal mine, a tobacco warehouse, installing carpeting, and at the Coon Prairie Cemetery. On August 26, 1989 he was united in marriage to Beverly Swenson. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, music, and playing his guitar. He also enjoyed his dog, Toby. Victor is survived by his wife, Beverly; four children, Joe (Thalia), Linda (Jamie) Fox, Matt (Janice), and Nikki, all of Viroqua. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Shaila, Colton, Zachary, Elizabeth, and Aaliyah; one sister, Maudie Hatfield of Oakland, Michigan; and one step-brother, Donald Fifth of Columbus, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, George, Fonso, and Leo; and one step-sister, Slyvia.
