Winifred W. Dowat, age 80 of Viroqua and formerly of Illinois, died Friday, December 11, 2009. Winifred W. Dowat, age 80 of Viroqua and formerly of Illinois, died Friday, December 11, 2009 at the Bethel Home in Viroqua. She is survived by her children, Kim Dowat, John Dowat, Cary Dowat and David Dowat. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank Dowat and grandson, Cole Stevenson on December 18, 2004. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 18, 2009 at Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. The Vosseteig-Larson Funeral Home of Viroqua is serving the family.
